Christopher H. Pearce, Esquire is a native of South Carolina. Mr. Pearce received a Bachelor’s Degree from Clemson University where he graduated Cum Laude in 1991. Thereafter, Mr. Pearce obtained his Juris Doctor Degree at the University of Florida – Levin College of Law, J.D., with a Specialization Certificate in Land Use and Environmental Law in 2001. Mr. Pearce was admitted to practice law in Florida. In 2003, Mr. Pearce moved back home to the Palmetto state and began practicing law in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Prior to attending law school at the University of Florida, Mr. Pearce was a professional land use and environmental planner in southwest Florida. Since 2001, Mr. Pearce has enjoyed practicing various areas of the law in both small and large firms across Florida and South Carolina. Mr. Pearce is a certified mediator and arbitrator for state circuit court and a certified mediator for federal civil court.
Mr. Pearce is married to Jane Pearce who is an ordained Pastor with the Global Methodist Church and is currently the lead Pastor at Jane Pearce Ministries in Myrtle Beach, SC. Away from the office, Mr. Pearce and his wife enjoy spending time outdoors with their two sons, Sam and Ollie.
